Advertisers should not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in Listings.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you publish a photograph, video, Property description, review or other content, that information may become publicly available.

You should ensure that User Content does not contain:

  • another person’s private information;
  • unnecessary identification documents;
  • financial information;
  • passwords;
  • private addresses where unnecessary;
  • confidential documents;
  • information you are not authorised to publish.
  1. PHONE AND EMAIL VERIFICATION

We may verify mobile numbers and email addresses to:

Verification does not mean that GharProperty guarantees the identity, ownership or legal status of the User.
